Now enter your Aadhaar card and captcha appearing on the screen, now you will get a OTP to your registered mobile number. Now enter that OTP in UIDAI portal.
Now you in next page you can select which date you want to modify, here you can correct your details like name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email id and relation ship status. After selecting required field now enter any of below supporting documents based on the requirement, they are :

Now select the BPO service provider, either Karvy or Aegis, both are out sourcing BPO companies which will verify the data updated in UIDAI portal and make corrections.
