In order  to create email signature in office 365 first we have to click on settings, it will appear on top right side of your outlook email. After clicking on the settings enter email signature in search bar. Then click on email signature.

Once you click email signature then a pop up window will appear there enter the signature details and click on Automatically Include My Signature On New Messages I Compose & Automatically Include My Signature On Messages I Forward or Reply To.  After selecting these click on OK.
