    • Hi Vinay,
Yes, your service period is eligible to get pension amount but you have to attain an age of 58 years, other wise you can get a scheme certificate which you can use it for monthly pension when you attain an age of 58 years.

    • Hi Rajesh Neelam,
It is better to transfer your previous PF amount to the new PF account number. You can do this online or offline by filling EPF transfer form 13.

If your PF amount wal already transfereed to new PF account number, then you need to de activate your old UAN number, for that send an email to uanefp@epfindia.gov.in to deactivate your old UAN number. ( Note: Make sure that your previous PF amount is transfereed to new PF account which has new UAN number)

    • Hi Swathi,
To link your PAN number with UAN number you have to correct your name in PF portal as per PAN. Even without updating PAN also you can able to withdraw your PF amount by submitting PAN card copy and form 15G along with your PF withdrawal forms. But make sure you have linked your other kyc like Aadhar number and bank account number with your UAN number.

        • Hi Sowmya S,
It is a problem with EPF website, everyone is facing the same problem. So it is better to claim your PF amount offline by submitting EPF composite claim form non aadhar(with employer attestation) and submit a copy of PAN and 2 copies of form 15G along with a cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy.

    • Hi Ben,
Your date of joining has to be added by your employer in their employer EPF portal. So please ask your employer to add your doj in their PF portal.

I think it may be a problem with EPFO site, you can fill EPF composite claim form Aadhaar ( It doesn’t need your employer attestation) for PF withdrawal.
