If you are not receiving OTP to your Aadhar linked mobile number while claiming PF amount online then it is due to network issues of your mobile operator (or) server side problems of Aadhar for PF portal.
Sometimes EPF members will receive delayed OTPs after 1-2 minutes, so whenever you are claiming for PF wait for at least 1-2 minutes, and still if you don’t receive the OTP then again try to reapply for the PF.
If your mobile has a full signal and even a second time also if you don’t receive the OTP then the problem is with EPF or Aadhar servers. In that case, not only you but all the EPF members who are trying to apply for PF at that time will also face this OTP problem.
What to Do If I Don’t Receive Aadhar OTP for PF Withdrawal
If you are not receiving Aadhar OTP while PF claim then you have to postpone your PF claim process for a few hours (Maybe after a few hours on the same day or on the next day). At present there is no other solution to this problem.
This problem has to be solved either from EPFO side or UIDAI side, If everybody is facing the problem then EPFO or UIDAI technical team will solve this problem immediately.
Once the problem solves you will start receiving the OTP.

Login in UAN member portal → Go to view option in menu → Now select profile from sub menu.
Under the profile section, you can see your registered mobile number. If you want to edit you can change the mobile number by clicking on the edit option.
