After 2 months from your last working day you can apply for PF amount. During this 2 months waiting period you can withdraw up to 75% of PF advance amount by submitting form 31. The balance amount you can withdraw after 2 months (or) you can also transfer that amount to the new company whenever you get a new job
Can I Withdraw my PF Immediately After Resignation
No, you cannot withdraw EPF immediately after resigning the job, you have to wait for 2 months. After 2 months submit form 19 to withdraw total PF amount on form 10c to withdraw total pension amount (if your service is below 10 years).
In case of any emergency, withdraw PF advance during this 2 months waiting period.

How Long You Get Interest on EPF After Leaving Job
Up to 3 years you will get interest on your EPF amount, after 3 years your account will become inactive and you don’t get any PF interest.
To activate that account you have to join your new job and make contributions to your EPF account for that you have to continue using the same UAN number.
In case you do not wish to join any new job in future then it is better to withdraw your EPF amount.
Right now EPF is giving an interest of 8.25% for the financial year 2024-2025.
