Can I withdraw PF online without Aadhar OTP

No, you cannot withdraw your PF amount online without Aadhar OTP. EPFO made it mandatory to enter Aadhar OTP while submitting online PF claim forms like form 19, 10C and 31.

Earlier EPF offices used to accept offline claim forms like EPF composite claim form non-aadhar which doesn’t require linking of aadhar number with EPF. But now EPFO Is not accepting such forms.

They are asking the EPF members to link their Aadhar number with UAN and claim PF amount online in the UAN member portal.
