You applied for the PF claim and you are waiting for the claim settlement, and it has been more than 20 days, but still your claim status is showing as under process. Don’t worry about it; it is a common problem most of the EPF members face.

In case your claim gets rejected, EPFO generally updates the rejection reason on the claim status website, but in some cases, they don’t update the reason for the claim rejection. In that case, follow these simple steps and you will get the reason for the claim delay, and by solving that issue, you can reapply for the PF claim.
What to Do If Your PF Claim Not Settled in 20 Days?
Step 1: Go to the EPF Grievance Portal.
Visit www.epfigms.gov.in and login with your UAN number. This is the official complaint website of EPFO.

Step 2: After login select “PF member” and click on your PF account number.

Now a pop up window will open there you can register yoru grievance details
Step 3: Register and Submit the Grievance

Now select grievance related to as PF Office, grievance category as Final PF Withdrawal and type the grievance description. Upload screen shot of the claim status (not mandatory).
My PF claim has been under process for more than 20 days.
The status is still showing as under process.

After entering all the details click on Add.
Step 3: Click on Submit to register the grievance

Now you will get an option to click on submit. After submitting the grievance in maximum of 2 working days you will get a replay from the EPFO.

Alternate Solution:
In case your problem is not still solved by the EPF grievance portal you can attend the Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 program conducted by the EPFO on every month 27th.
Th you can talk with your EPF regional commissioner or EPFO officers and they will help you in solving your PF related issues.
But most of the times by registering a complaint on the EPF grievance portal can solve your problem.

I submitted my full pf and pension claim on 11 oct 2025 . It is still showing under process . almost 23days still status not changing epfo portal so what is the reason any idea?
It happens rarely, better register a complaint on PF grievance portal.
So that you will know the reason for delay in 2 to 3 days.
After knowing the reasons you can solve that issue.
The process which you informed to raise a claim if its delayed more than 20 days, is not working.
It is working, please try after some time.
