Whenever you have any problem related to PF then you need to send a complaint to your PF office through the EPF grievance portal (or) sometimes you have to submit the complaint letter directly to the PF office.

EPF members generally complain about unsettled PF amounts, KYC-related problems and forgotten PF details, etc…

Sample PF  Complaint Letter Formats

Here are some sample EPF complaint letter formats which you can copy and paste in the EPF grievance portal (or) you can copy the matter in your PF complaint letter.

(Note: When you are registering a complaint on the EPF grievance portal then you don’t need to mention the “To” address because in the grievance portal the complainant will be automatically submitted to the concerned authority in your PF office.)

PF Complaint about Not Crediting PF Amount

How to Write A Complaint Letter to PF office

Step 1: Address the letter to the PF commissioner and mention your PF regional office address.

Step 2: Write your name, UAN, and PF account number in From address (or) starting part of the body.

Step 3:  Now write the reason behind writing the complaint letter. Keep the matter short and simple.

Step 4: Kindly request the PF commissioner to solve your problem;

Step 5: Finally close the letter by saying “thanking you”.

Which is the Best Way to Sending PF Complaints

Using the EPF grievance portal is the best way to solve your PF-related problems.

If you register a complaint on the EPF grievance portal then you will receive a reply in 2-3 working days and in most cases, your problems will be solved by the concerned PF offices.

If your PF problem is not solving through the EPF grievance portal then visit your PF office directly and submit the complaint letter.
