Call Timings: This number works in between morning 9.15 Am to the evening at 5.45 Pm. In between these timings, EPF members can call to this number.

2. Send Email to EPF Help Desk

EPFO support team responds to emails in a prior manner. EPFO has two separate email ids one is for employee queries and another one is for employer queries.

If you haven’t registered on the RTI portal till now, then first you need to register on the RTI website, and later you need to sign in with your user Id and password.

  1. I have requested for claim on 7th November’23 to advance. Today-30th May’23 I have checked online on epfo site it showing me that claim status is underprocess but. Not able connect anyone in the Helpline and office landline was getting wrong and aslo reached in whats app no one response for my quaries. Am really getting worst experience from your end.So Kinldy reslove this issue as soon as possible

  2. I have requested for claim on 10th May’23 to advance. Regarding this I have received one msg from PF department claim will be settled shortly on 22nd May’23. Today-26th May’23 I have checked online on epfo site it showing me that claim settled but when I checked my bank statement no credit amount seen during this period. Not able connect anyone as no. continuously busy. Pls help.

    I joined a pharma company in 2010 February and resigned in August 2016 and joined another pharma company in August 2016.that time I requested for a PF Transfer through my new company to my new company pf account number.I worked in the second company for more than 4 years and resigned in December 2020.Till that time the PF transfer not happened.again I changed to a third company in March 2021 and worked for 1.5 years and again changed to my current company in October 2022.My current PF Passbook is showing account details of my last three companies only(including my current company).2016 onwards my mobile number also changed and has been linked to UAN and my AADHAR which is currently been used by me.Till now the first company pf transfer has not happened.It is been more than 6.5 years.Now when I try to transfer that first company PF through One Member One PF in the epfo portal and entered all the details including old pf number,it is showing as “this UAN is not linked with AADHAR.”.So I cannot go forward.How can I proceed.How to link that old PF number with current UAN?I tried to get details through”know you UAN” option,but it is asking for entering mobile number to recieve otp.Since I am not using the old mobile number,I have entered my current mobile number and received otp and I recieved details of my current UAN only.So how to link my old pf number with mY AADHAR ?Can you please help.
