  1. I have worked in a company prior from 1998 to 2013, where there is not UAN no. How to get the PF Balance and EPF Balance of that year. The system is not fetching the details for the above period

    • Every PF number has UAN, you have to visit your PF office to know your UAN.
Once you know the UAN you can transfer that PF amount to your latest PF accounts or you can withdraw that amount.
But to withdraw PF amount you should link your Aadhar and mobile number by writing a request letter to your EPF office.

  2. Dear Rajesh,
As you have said that EPF account stays operative. But what happens to previous EPF accounts? Because in history it is only showing current employer and other previous employers are not visible.

    • You should get your UAN to withdraw your PF amount.
If your mobile number is linked to your PF account, you can find UAN online.
Otherwise, you can get it from your employer (or) from your EPF office.

      • For previous employer, old PF account does not have UAN (2013 account).
From online portal, the old PF details can’t be fetched so unable to get it.

        No response from previous employer.
How can I contact PF office?
