Step 1: Upload PF ECR text file and generate monthly EPF challan at employer PF portal. If you don’t know how to prepare ECR for PF challan then click on this link how to generate PF challan.
Step 2: Now go to payment option in EPFO employer portal home page and select Payment (ECR) from the submenu.
Step 3: Now check TRRN number and wage month and click on Pay option.
Step 4: Now select the bank other than SBI through which you want to make the payment. Once you select the bank then you will redirect to that bank’s internet banking page there you can make the PF payment. Click here to know how to download PF challan after payment.

I have made payment online payment of pf challan and the same has been debited from my account but in ECR status shows “awaiting for bank response”. when i will get receipt of pf challan.

Sir, On 9th May 2017,While doing TRRN challan payment for April17 from PF site, I have moved to bank site but could not put the login pass word since due to some login issue and I cancelled the process there and came out. When i have tried again, there was no PAY option available and ‘status’ of the TRRN has been shown(still now) ‘awaiting payment from bank’. On yesterday,15th May 2017, I have created another challan(as advised by one of my friend) by running ECR text file once again for April17 and got a new TRRN and made the payment. (i)Is this procedure is ok and (ii) How to down load the ECR statement(i.e employees wise details from the site).
Will you please help me on these two issues

It is not a problem. To download ECR statement, go to ECR/RETURNFILING under PAYMENTS, and click on view ECRs and enter your challan TRRN number and other required details.
I refer to the above reply of shri Rajeshji. I have tried to get it but could not. If there is any other way to get the challan from lat November’17 on wards i have not not got the payment challans. Why EPFO is not providing the same by giving an easy way to avoid the hard ship. All must be knowing that while doing online payments anything may happen. Some time after effecting payments even the payment memo can not be obtained. As such there is no proof of payment other than the debit entry in bank statement. It is not done. Is there any representation is possible from your side so that the final apyment receipt can be obtained from PF sites like other govt levies.
