You can resubmit the rejected PF claim on the UAN member portal as many times as you want, there is no limit for that, but before that make sure that you rectified the reason for your PF claim rejection.
And also make sure that your bank account number and IFSC code are correct so that you will 100% receive your PF claim amount
What to Do When PF Claim is Rejected
Whenever your PF claim status shows your claim has been rejected, then the first thing you need to notice is the reason for your PF claim rejection. You can find the reason for the rejection in PF claim status.
Once you identify the reason then the next step is to solve that problem. For example, if your claim is rejected due to your name not printed on the cheque.
Then you have to get a new cheque book from the bank or bank passbook, and then you can resubmit your PF claim again in UAN member portal.
How to Reapply for Rejected PF Claim.
The process of resubmitting rejected PF claim is as same as normal PF apply process, but you have to this after rectifying the reason of your PF claim rejection.
Step 1: Login in UAN member portal with your user id and password.
Step 2: Go to online services and click on claim form 19,10C and 31,
Step 3: Now enter your bank account number and verify it.
Step 4: Now select the form which you want to apply.
Step 5: Now enter your details like your address, and upload the image of the cheque or bank passbook.
Step 6: Now enter the OTP and submit your PF claim, and you will receive your PF amount within 20 days from the date of application.
Wha to do if you dont’ know the reason of PF claim rejection
Sometimes EPF claim status doesn’t show the actual reason for PF claim rejection, in that case, you need to raise a complaint on the EPF grievance portal so that you will know the exact reason for your PF claim rejection within 48 hours.

If you have transferred your PF from one company to another, then all the services will be counted.
You can use other reasons like illness to get PF advance.

It happens when you have 2 UANs, you have to change the bank account details of any one of those UANs, after that you can able to withdraw your PF.

May be you have a pension amount along with your PF in your fist two companies, so please check it.

How do i clarify
Please check whether your present employer is paying pension contributions to your PF account or not. You can check it in the last column of your present company’s PF book.
If your employer is not paying, then your employer has to write a letter to the PF office stating the issue of not contributing to the pension.
If they are already paying the pension, better register a complaint on the PF grievance portal to know the exact reason.

May be your company has paid more pension amount. In general, companies need to pay 8.33% of basic was as a pension.
If it is the case your employer needs to submit a clarification letter to the PF office by stating the above issue, after that you can withdraw your entire pension and PF as well.

2. your father’s name should match with PF and your bank passbook. (If your father’s name is wrong in the bank passbook then upload a cheque)

I have completed 15 years as an employee and still working in the same organization.
I had previously applied for the PF amount rs.350,000 against “Purchase of Site for Construction of Dwelling House” and got settled this claim
but now after 3 year i applied for pf who’s total amount is 3,60,000 (employee + employer)
but got rejected and the reason states that member name not printed on cancelled cheque Although the name is printed on the cheque and the cheque book is not old more than 1 year

Maybe the name on the Cheque and your PF account are not matching, so check it once.
If both are the same, then register a complaint on the EPF grievance portal, they will tell you the exact reason why your claim is getting rejected.

If you have transferred your PF amount to a new PF account, then update the Date of Exit for that PF account, and then apply for PF.

Check your PF passbook, if it is showing all your contributions, then register a complaint on the EPF grievance portal website, they will help you in this matter.
My EPF claim was rejected with the comment Claim Rejected TO UPLOAD GENUINENESS CERTIFICATE. What does this Genuineness certificate mean ? Where should I get this ?

It will be shown in your PF passbook after 7-10 days, in the meantime correct your bank details on UAN portal, and once the amount shows in your PF passbook then reapply for PF.
