i) Write Your Last Working Month Date on PF Claim Forms
For example, if you have left in October 2018 then you have to mention the date of exit as 31 October 2018. Similarly, if you have left your job in December 2018 then you should mention your date of leaving as 31 December 2018. 90% of EPF date of exit problems will be solved by this method.
ii) Request EPFO Officer
The second method is by requesting EPF officer, in case if your EPF officer asks you that the DOE is not mentioned for your UAN, then tell him the exact reason that your employer is not updating DOE, then the EPF officer will update your date of exit in PF portal and accepts your PF application.
iii) Raise a Grievance at PF Portal On Your Employer
