You can use the above email format to seek the help of your HR for the PF transfer process. But if you are already applied for PF transfer online on the UAN member portal and the request is waiting for the approval of your present employer or previous employer then again you can send a mail to ask them for the approval of your transfer request.
How to Write Mail to HR to Accept PF Transfer Request
Sub: PF Transfer request pending , Ref UAN ______________.
I, ____________ (your name) of employee id _____________, have been working as a ___________(designation) _____________(department) for last _____(months/years).
For your kind information, I have applied for PF transfer on __________(date of application) and I have selected attestation through the present employer for claim approval.

How to Apply for PF Transfer Online
Step 1: Login in UAN member portal with your UAN and password.
Step 2: Go to online services in menu bar and select one member one EPF account option.
Step 3: Select attestation through as previous employer or present employer. (Selecting present employer is best)
Step 4: Enter your previous company PF account number (or) UAN and click on get details and check whether those details are correct or not.
Step 5: Click on get OTP, and enter the OTP Received to your mobile number. After entering the OPT click on Submit.
Once your PF transfer claim is submitted then your PF amount will be transferred to your present PF account in maximum of 20 days.
