EPF members who are trying to apply for PF online withdrawal will see this OTP flooding error while submitting PF claim forms like form 19,10C or 31.
Reason for this error: “Whenever the EPF member clicks on resent OTP option, immediately after receiving the first OTP will get this error.”
While applying for PF online we need to enter the OTP received to our mobile number linked to Aadhar. But sometimes due to network issues and technical issues, it may take 1 or 2 minutes time to receive the OTP.
But in the meantime, if we click on the resend OTP option immediately then we will get that OTP flooding error. It is not a big problem and you don’t need to worry about it.
Solution to OTP Flooding Error in EPF
Whenever you see an OTP flooding error, then just wait for at least 1 minute and again click on the resend OTP option then your problem will be solved and you will get the OTP.
By entering that OTP you can apply for your PF and pension amounts online.

What to do if I don’t receive OTP while applying for PF claim
Whenever the mobile number of the EPF member not in the mobile network signal range then they don’t receive the OTP. In general, OTP will be received in a few seconds, if you don’t get it then move your mobile to another location where the signal strength is good.
What if my mobile number is not linked with my Aadhar
Then you can’t withdraw your PF amount online, linking a mobile number with aadhar is mandatory to claim your PF amount online. So you have to link your mobile number with your aadhar card at any of your nearest aadhar enrolment centers.
