What are the Details We Need to Mention on Complaint Letter

  • Address of the labour department office. (You can find the address of your labour dept office in Google)
  • Name of the employee and name of the company in which the employee is working.
  • Working period of the employee in that company.
  • Reason for writing the complaint letter.
  • Date on which the complaint letter is submitting and finally the signature of the employee.

Hlw,,, I have been working for this company or 2years and 6months.Last year August i was suspended from my work, for 5months i never recieved anything from them,i went to laboir office to fail complain,,nd i was help my Boss was called nd ask why i never received my salary for past months because i am stil under their company they didnot firede yet….. My Boss refused to pay me i open a case which i or we suppose to go in court on 31 January tgis year..But Boss was not there,,the labour office call him he nver pick his cal,,,his secatry was called and ask why they are not here she give excuse and say her Boss will call back….The labour office told me to wait until my Boss wil call them,,,nd i can go back again to the office…….From that day which was on 31ste January til now i havnt received any call from the labour office,every time i go thre i am being told that that guy is stil not in,,,,,,,,,where to i go for help???

I was an employee of Petals Pre School and Day-Care Nirman Vihar since 13 June 2022 to 15th jan 2023, working as Franchise Manager & in the month of Jan 23 at the time of living the Company, they told that they will provide my salary for month of Dec with reimbursement and Jan2023 as i have asked to work from home from 1st to 15th Jan 2023.
    Till now lots of messages and emails has been sent & got only 3 times assurance that I will get my all pending dues & Company has requested me not write further mail & all in vain.
    Kindly help in getting my pending salary.

I was an employee of Medsave Insurance TPA Ltd since Sept 19 to Sept 2, working as AVP & in the month of sept 20 at the time of living the Company, they told that they will provide my salary for month of Feb 20 & March 20 & I will not get the salary for the tenure march 20 to Sept 20 during Corona Period as we have asked to work from home.
    Thill now lots of mail has been sent & got only 3 times assurance that I will get my all pending dues & Company has requested me not write further mail & all in vain.
    Kindly help in getting my pending salary.
