  1. I was an employee of a chandigarh based co named Safety Circle privatelimited ,who served for 4yrs.11 months and 27 days .
    My work location was Ghaziabad ( U P).
    My job ended as the contact between my co (Safetycircleindia)and client(Coca-Cola) came to an end.
    I have applied for Gratuity but co denied as the minimum Servicing tenure is less than five years.
    I informed that one is eligible for Gratuity if served even 4yrs and 8 months as per the section 2A of Gratuity Act.

  2. I am Nikita from Delhi, I have been working in company name Digimiles Based in mohali, Chandigarh.
    I verbally told my manager on 18th July 2021 that I got admission in Xavier, mumbai then he said wait wait wait but finally I decided to shoot out the resignation mail as the boss asked me the date of leaving. So I sincerely wrote them the mail but received no acceptance till date of leaving. Then on 4th August 2021 they informed me that it will be my last working day, then also I shoot the mail that I haven’t heard anything and suddenly the company is doing this to me. Then eventually my last day was considered on 5th August 2021. As per company offer letter I was suppose to give notice period else need to leave 1 month salary but served the notice period. Now on 10th is our salary day but I haven’t received a single penny and on asking I was told ki I will not be receiving it anyhow.
    First of all I haven’t received any acceptance till date thta means I am still the part of the company.
    Secondly, I have fulfilled the condition but it was companies decision to release me before the resignation date. They all did this verbally not officially. I really want justice.

  3. I had joined a startup in the middle of the month and worked for 45 days they gave the salary for 15days and after that they terminate me without giving any reason. And they hold my salary. They have mentioned that in probation period they can terminate without reason but they will have to pay or ask for notice but they are not paying me. And they are doing same with few other employees also

    • They have to pay the salary for the working days, so better complain about them at your labour department office, they will take action on them.

    My name is Venkatraman.K worked as Dy.Manager (Exports) in M/s.Arvind Remedies Ltd., Poonamallee High Road, Chennai, since 2001-2015. At the time of my resignation they told my dues (Gratuity, Bonus, Leave salary etc) to be settled within a month. Till date i have not received my dues. They are collecting my PF also not deposited in PF account. 60% only deposited balance they are not deposited. I was asked my settlement so many times they threatened me. Instead of giving my dues they file a police complaint. They often changed their office and residence. In my batch 2015 so many colleagues received their settlement.
    Next their son company also worked from 2015-2018 (M/s.Rapid Solutions (I) Pvt.Ltd., Sydehams Road, Periamet, Chennai) They are also vehemently closed their export business and terminated me without giving any compensation. They are also 60% pf deposited in PF office and balance not sent to PF office. Now i am 59 i am not getting pending PF and pension due to non submission of PF contribution for Employer+Employee. My Daughter school fee is pending for want of settlement.

    I worked one Delhi based company from 21st July 2020 to up to now . They’re not paid my salary from December to till they are saying before 15days salary will credit on June 10th now they’re not responding my call and massage kindly suggest me .

Sir, I join the one company on 26th October 2020 as Account Manager in Delhi, company has provide all the document such offer letter and appointment letter. but from my joining to till date company has not pay me a single amount of the remuneration (salary) to me. When ever I approach to company Director , always he make excuse to me that tomorrow, or within two or three days, of after that date you will get the salary. Now the situation is that company send his all employee on Leave without pay forcely.

    Now Sir what can I do, please guide how can i take my salary

Dear sir/madam I am actually worked as a security guard and been sacked by my boss Mr Yogi and I didn’t ask regarding my salary he said my salary will out on 10 of March and due to the covid around selangor area I couldn’t collect my salary so my boss ask a resign letter from me.i just created a resign from and already ask my boss to bank in to my bank account but my boss failed to make a transaction and therefore another staff being paid my salary without my permission and boss declined my call few times and didn’t reply any of my messages it is not fair for me due to this covid and I am being jobless due to this situation.I am the one who is working and supporting my family right now without income I am beginning depressed kindly help me with this problem that I am going tru right now due to my boss even named me as pk Anand and my thumb print named as boy and my actual name as per ic is Anitha devi.I do have the pictures and the prove with me.

    • It is better to complain about your boss in your nearest labour department office, they will help you in this matter.

    I worked for a company in Juhu for a year and they did not pay my bonus while paid to others. When I asked for it, they told me that during covid19 period you didn’t come for work. I informed them that police not allowing us to travel and they did not gave idea how to work from home.
    Please guide me to claim my bonus.

  9. I m in notice period of one month in Bajaj Allianz Gurgaon, bit my immediate manager is not approved my attendance regularization of notice period. Also when I asked him he Show a very rude behavior and said I’ll not approve your attendance ( as punching machine is not their Bcz of corona period). Also said that I’ll hold your PF and put recovery on me.
