EPF members who have changed their jobs and want to transfer PF amount from the previous employer to a new employer should submit PF transfer claim form 13 to the PF office. At present there are two ways to submit PF transfer claim form 13, we can submit this form either in online or offline. To submit PF transfer form 13 offline we need to fill a physical copy of PF form 13. Here is the sample filled EPF transfer claim form 13.

Guidelines to Fill PF Transfer Form 13

1. Write To address of your regional EPF office to which your present employer belongs, or if you belong to trust then mention the trust name and trust address.

2. Write your old PF account number and new PF account number clearly.

3. There are no additional documents are required along with PF transfer claim form 13.

4. You can take any one signature, either your previous employer or present employer. But taking the present employer signature is advisable.

  1. EMPLOYEE EXPIRED WHILE IN SERVICE AND HAS NOT SUBMITTED FORM 13 FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS WHERE HE WORKED. NOW HOW TO STREAMLINE HIS SERVICE PERIOD WITH EPFO BY THE NOMINEE AND IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC FORM NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED. KINDLY ADVISE WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE ENCLOSED.     I recently applied for pf transfer(From TRUST to EPFO) through online. While transferring I forgot to enter TRUST PF Ac number. Now the transfer is settled but transferred amount is showing ZERO. I have contacted my previous employer, they are telling to send one more transfer request but i am unable to send it again. Please give me solution to what to do further.

    I am unable to transfer my PF from my old organization as the UAN is deactivated. I am unable to reactivate as the UAN is not mapped to aadhar. I submitted joint declaration through my old employer with proper attestations. But there is no response from PF office. I raised a grievance which was closed with a suggestion to submit documents. I sent the documents to sro email id and nodal officer too but no response. Can you advise me as to what I can do further? By the way i have one active UAN other than the one which is deactivated

  4. I have tried 3 time for pepf transfer through UAN portal ,approved by company but filed office rejected 2 times, after complaint register there telling to apply throug 13AR form but 13 R form available in pdf form but !#A form not available anywhere.

    I m unable to transfer my PF.
    My 1 company -intec capital Ltd
    My 2 company -blue jay limited
    My 3 company-varun baverges Ltd through team lease.
    My 1,2 company PF amount is show in passbook ,but 3rd company amount is not show in book account is active but passbook not ,resion exempted and unexumpted ,So how fill form 13 what documents should give. And what process of company required ,pls suggest
    Right now I m left all companies.

  8. Hi, my transfer claim status is already settled on 5 Sep 2020, and i raised my claim for form 19 and 10 C on 7 Sep2020. However, my claim status is showing in under process and one of my previous employer is not showing there pf or pention amount in passbook how do i get to know this amount. Also, by when will my pf and pention amount will be settled in my account as linked with my UAN

    • If your present PF passbook shows your transferred amount then only you will get that amount, but you are saying that your transfer process was settled, may it will take some time to update the information in PF passbook.
      So don’t worry you will get your full PF amount, but you can’t withdraw the pension amount of your previous company after the transfer process. In the transfer process of pension only your service period will transfer.

    I am unable to transfer my PF amount from previous Member ID to current member ID as I as seeing somebody else’s details when I am selecting my previous member ID in the transfer page, though all the KYC and everything shows my correct details. kindly let me know how can I transfer now.

  10. Details previous account are different than present account Hence Cliam request cannot be processed
    Actually Previous accounts to present account transfer time this issue come what will be do
    My Previous Company Date of EXIT -11/08/2019
    MY Present Company Date of Joining-05/08/2019
    Now I want to Transfer present account what will be do or Previous Company final settlement amount how to withdraw

    I have resigned from the previous company after my resignation which has 3 months Notice Period. I served 1 month only & joined another one as the new employer told me they do not require the exit documents & also my previous company was not communicationg with me properly so I left it.

    Now I wanted to transfer my PF so I went throught the online process but it shows that my previous employer have not update my Date of Exit due to that I am not able to transfer it online. So I communicated with my previous employer regarding the same over an email but the y are saying that I left without informing to anyone & have not completed exit formalities so I will have to do the proper exit formalities & then they will do the F&F and then will proceed further for Exit Date.

    I am filling up the Form 13(Revised) by taking stamp & sign of my current employer & will submit it with PF office.

    Will they complete the procedure? Are my previous employer abide by the rule to put the Date of Exit? How much time it will take from the PF department?

    Please suggest.

    NOTE: I was an HR-Admin in my previous company.

      Try to submit PF form 13 in online at UAN member portal by using your Previous company PF member ID, if it doesn’t work then submit form 13 offline to your PF office.
