    • Hi Laxmipriya,
Take your present employer attestation, and there is no need to take your previous employer attestation. There is no time limit to submit PF transfer form 13, you can submit it whenever you need it and it will take 30 days to complete PF transfer process.

    • Hi Lakhan Pathipaka,
You can transfer your PF to new PF account number by submitting PF transfer form 13 to your new employer or you can also do this online at UAN member portal and you have to pay the PT as per the rules of state government.

    • Hi Lily,
It is better to transfer all your previous PF amounts to new PF account. You can’t do it online due to wrong details but you can do it in offline by submitting EPF transfer form 13. Similarly, if you want to withdraw then also you can do that in offline.

  11. Hi ,
I tried to transfer PF online from one organization to another using UAN member portal. But it is not displaying the previous member details. Do we need to get the KYC verified to transfer PF online.

    Thanks

    • Hi Cilla,
Yes, verified KYC is required to transfer PF online. If your KYC not verified then you can try PF transfer in offline by submitting EPF transfer form 13.

  12. Hello,

I am facing an issue wherein i did an online transfer request but the ‘Account is held by (Name of PF Office)’ field in present employer section is incorrect. Hence my form got rejected by previous employer. Since this is a online claim, i cannot rectify this issue.

What would be my best approach now to transfer the amount.
    – Can i send a new request via manually filling the form 13 and get this attested by present employer and send this to previous employer? Is Yes, do i need to send two separate copy of form 13, one to previous employer and other to previous employer
    PF Office?

    or

    – Is there any other way to get the online form 13 rectified to reflect correct PF Office? I checked with my present employer and the PF office address is correct, only when i take a print of online form from EPFO Portal it shows the wrong address.

    • Hi Brayan,
Just fill PF transfer form 13 and submit it to your present employer or take your present employer attestation and submit it directly to your regional EPFO office. There is no need to submit a copy to your previous employer.
Your PF amount will be transferred after 30 days from the date of submission of your application to EPFO office.

    • Hi Karthik,
There are 2 options for you. You can transfer your previous PF amount to new PF account either in online(at UAN member portal) or offline by filling PF transfer form 13. You can submit form 13 to your present employer there is no need to visit your previous employer.
The second option is you can withdraw your previous PF amount online or offline. If your KYC are linked with your previous PF account number then you can withdraw your PF amount online at UAN member portal otherwise you need to submit EPF composite claim form non-aadhaar which needs your previous employer attestation.

  14. Hello,
I had a question with regard to Form 13. It has an option to get the form attested by either the previous or current employer. If i get this attested by previous employer, does the form still come to the current employer for attestation?

    • Hi Sanjay,
You can take your previous employer attestation also on PF form 13. when they submit it to PF office your present employer will get a message in their employer PF portal, here your present employer need to approve it in their PF portal.

You can link your aadhar number to present PF number and then fill PF transfer form 13 and submit it to PF office.
