Every organization must follow the proper attendance policy, otherwise, the disciplinary system of the organization will be affected. Attending the duty on the right time is the basic responsibility of every employee, and at the same time, employers should also need to concentrate on proper working hours and overtime payments.

            This is to inform that you have been taking leaves without any prior intimation to your superior officers.  Recently on ________you have taken leave without any intimation. This will come under in disciplinary action as per company attendance policy. Hence the leave has been taken without intimation so no leave will be marked for that day. And consider this is the last warning and any further actions like this leads to strict actions including dismissal.

Sub: Memo to Employees on Attendance Policy

This is to inform all the employees that the management has observed that some employees are taking leaves without any permission, the management is very strict about the company’s attendance policy. The management will not tolerate the employees who become absent to the duties without prior intimation and approval from their supervisors.  

Any negligence in following the company attendance policy will be treated as serious in disciplinary action and actions will be taken on those employees.

Sub: Regarding Attendance Policy

            This is a reminder to all the employees that no leave will be granted when they haven’t intimate it to their supervisors. In case of emergency, employees should intimate about their leave through telephone. But without any approval from the heads of the departments, your leave will not be sanctioned. There are so much of works are pending due to the unauthorized absenteeism of the employees and now onwards strict actions will be taken on the employees who take unauthorized leaves.
