How to Write a Short Email to HR for a Job Application
- Use the right subject line Ex: “ Application for the position of [job title].
- Start with a salutation like Dear Sir/Madam, or Dear Mr./Ms. [Recruiter’s name].
- Write how you find the job notification and mention your eligibility in the email body.
- Ask the recruiter to find your resume.
