If you haven’t received your EPF grievance registration number after submitting a grievance then wait for some time (at least for 15 minutes) and still if you don’t receive your grievance registration confirmation mail to your email id then you need to reregister your grievance. Generally, PF members don’t receive PF grievance registration number due to internet problems or technical problems of the EPF website or your browser issues.
If you are not getting the grievance registration number even after 2 – 3 trials then you need to change the browser or try in a different system, then your problem will be solved.
After successful registration of your EPF grievance you can find your grievance registration number on your screen and at the same time you will get an SMS to your mobile and you will receive a confirmation mail to your email id.
What to Do If I Forgot My EPF Grievance Registration Number
If you have forgotten your registration number then first check your email id because you can find it in confirmation mail if it is not there then send an email to email@example.com

Sub: Request for EPF Grievance Registration Number
Dear Sir / Madam,
I __________________, UAN No._______________ have recently registered a grievance in EPF grievance portal, but I forgot to note down my EPF grievance registration number and I haven’t received confirmation mail also. So I am requesting you to please send my grievance registration number.
If you still don’t receive your EPF grievance registration then it is better to register your grievance again, and there no problem even if you register the same grievance multiple times. But don’t do it again and again, once you get your EPF grievance registration number then use the EPF grievance status option to know your grievance status.
