EPF members whose aadhar number is already verified i.e successfully linked to the UAN number of the employee then they will get this error multiple kyc for aadhaar are available in pending transaction. establishment while linking their Aadhar number again with your UAN number. If you get the above error then that means your Aadhar is already linked to UAN number and you don’t need to link Aadhar again.
When will You See This Error
EPF members will see this error in below Two cases:
- Nowadays Aadhar number became mandatory to generate new UAN numbers, so if you have got your UAN number recently then your Aadhar will definitely be linked to your UAN. In that case when you try to link Aadhar again then you will get the above error.
- The second case is when you apply for your PF details correction online like your name, dob, etc. Then those details will be verified against your Aadhar. If your details match with your Aadhar then your wrong details will be corrected and at the same time, your Aadhar will also be verified. (Even though your Aadhar not present in digitally approved section, still in home page you can check whether your Aadhar is verified or not).

You don’t need to delete it, if there is no amount in it, then just leave it.
I joined company A in Nov 12, 2019 and in between join another company B on Dec 19 to Jan 20 and abscond. Continue to company A. But company B added in my old PF account with KYC and Company A created another UAN number. So I have 2 UAN number one is with KYC and Company B details. Company A has separate UAN account number. I changed my Job recently. My current company can see the details of Company B or is there any why i can hide all Employment History ?
Actually, you have to continue the UAN to which your KYC has linked. If you submit that UAN, your new employer can see your company B service history.
But most employers don’t check that.

That means already your bank account details are pending for your employer attestation, some times your employer may not see the pending request.
To solve this problem delete pending bank account details in UAN member portal and again update bank account details and ask your employer to approve them.
I am getting a comment: KYC with aadhar number ……… is already available in the pending register. Est name; My current employer. What does that mean? Please rep asap. It’s urgent.
