When filling form 121 for PF claim (form 19), the income part is the most confusing part. From fields no. 9 to 13, you should mention your income details like PF amount, other incomes like FD interests, dividends, and annual income.

| Field 10 | The estimated income for which this declaration is made | PF amount | Ex: 70,000 |
| Field 11b | Amount for which you have submitted any Form 15G | FD interestsDividends etc | Nil |
| Field 12 | Aggregate amount of income for which Form 121s were filed | Field 10 + Field 11b | 70,000 + 0 = 70,000 |
| Field 13 | Estimated total income of the tax year | Field 12 + Annual income | 70,000 + 1,00,000 = 1,70,000 |
How to calculate annual income in a financial year:
It is your salary or any other income (business, rents, etc.).
