  3. It is intimated that your bank account seeded through member portal is being verified by your bank automatically. There is no roll of EPFO in verification of bank account.

My account is already approved & Digitally signed the why this message reply given by EPFO during my Final withdrawal.

    • That means it is getting delayed by your employer, so better contact and ask them to approve your bank details on their employer’s PF portal.

  8. My SBI KYC for EPF claim settlement now the status changed to “pending with employer for digital signing”. But I was told that the approval is done by SBI directly and it is without employer. My employer says that the link is available to him for digital signing. Now what to do?

    • Yes, you can withdraw PF advance.
You don’t need to link your Aadhar and bank details every time when you join a new job.

    • Your bank details should be approved by your company in their company PF portal, so ask them to approve your bank details.
(For SBI bank accounts, employer approval is not required, for other banks, it is required).

      • I have an SBI bank account but still getting the error.
The employer is not responding to my emails, what could I do.

        • Sometimes it will take a maximum of 7 days.
If it doesn’t get approved automatically then register a complaint on EPF grievance portal website.

      • Hi Rajesh, my issue is kind of weird. I had updated SBI bank details in my EPF portal. Initially it was pending for verification but after few days the status changed to pending with employer for digital Signing. I checked with my employer and they don’t see my kyc entry. What should I do? Like you said for SBI it should be the bank who approves.

        • It takes a maximum of 7 days to get SBI accounts approved without the employer’s intervention.
If it delays more than 7 days, register a complaint on the EPF grievance portal.

          • Hi Rajesh. Thank you for your response. Yes, I did raise a grievance after 7 days. This is what the response I got from them. “EPFO office has no role in approval of Bank KYC”
