Employees UAN list is useful to provide information related to employees about their UAN numbers and other PF related information.

Steps To Download Employees UAN List In New EPFO Unified Portal
Here you can find complete details about how to download employees UAN List in New EPFO Unified Portal, there are only Two steps to download employees new UAN numbers from EPFO unified portal.
After login into this new EPFO portal click on dashboard and then click on active members then you will find a list of employees along with their PF number, name, and UAN number.
Now a new page will open there click on show all employees, now you can find UAN list of all active members in your establishments.
Now you can find details of all the active EPF members such as their UAN number, EPF member id, gender, date of birth, date of joining, relationship details, mobile number, Aadhar number, PAN number, bank a/c number etc. You can download all these details in Excel file.
Similarly, you can also find the details of employee missing details, already exited employees etc.

Actually we will get a fillowing mail after registration of new establishment in PF portal :
(Dear Employer. Your Code number GRVSPXXXXXXXX against application ID 2XXXXXXX5 is successfully alloted. Please await for SMS regarding User ID and password for login to ECR Portal. SMS will be sent after confirmation by SBI)
If still don’t receive this mail then contact their helpline number 1800118005
But before that once check your eamil spambox.

If your employees number is less then do individual registration to get UAN number.

How is upload KYC of employees whose uan has generated. when i am trying to upload kyc details at member-profile-add kyc, it is showing off.

Go to member and click on profile, there you can find KYC details fields, there is no need to upload scanned copies of KYC but we have to approve KYC details digitally.
when i am trying to upload bulk kyc in new format it showing error that the uan is not related to the establishment.

Sir how to generate new UAN for those who had joined EPF after 01/01/2017 coz they does not have member ID. And without member ID its not possible to generate UAN. Kindly suggest me.

Sir I had returned file ECR and also payment made accordingly on 18th of Jan 17 for the month of Dec 2016. But still the said amount didn’t reflected on passbook (UAN) account. so how long it may take to update as same?

Click On Payments in menu option and there select payment (ECR), there you can find remitted PF challan.
As per Unified Portal, please send us KYC Text file as a sample copy. So manytimes, we tried but find errors.

Now EPFO portal is working properly.
I earlier had a PF and corresponding UAN in my last company. When I joined the new company i raised a request for PF trasnfer. Its been 1.5 years now. 2 months back i found out that my current company has opened a new UAN for me that is linked to my current PF account.
I dont know whether my pf is been transferred and how should I check the details. Also how can i close one UAN number and have only one UAN.
Any kind of help would be appreciated

Download PF passbook with your present UAN number, in that you can check whether your old PF amount added or not. If it is not added then it is better to with draw your old amount with your previous PF number and previous UAN number.

Is it mandatory to mention the employees with no contribution during the month or member with 30 NCP days in the ECR, we can delete their lines from ECR file.

Just leave that UAN field blank then the new employees will get UAN numbers automatically, you can get their new UAN numbers in active members field in Unified portal.
