PF Withdrawal Process Without Employer Signature

There are Two ways to withdraw PF without employer signature, the first one is the online method and the second one is the offline method by submitting EPF composite claim form aadhar. But remember for these Two methods your KYC details like Aadhar number, bank account number and PAN number (not mandatory for claims below 50000 Rs) should be linked with your UAN number.

My suggestion is while you are working in a company be sure that your KYC details are linked and approved by your employer, because once your KYC details are approved with digital signature of your employer then you don’t need to depend on them for any reason.

3 Important Rules to Withdraw PF Without Employer Signature

1Aadhar number must be linked with UAN number
2Bank account details like a/c number & IFSC code must be linked with UAN
3PAN should be linked with UAN if claim amount is more than 50000 Rs and total service is below 5 years.

How to Withdraw EPF Without Employer Signature in Offline

To withdraw PF without employer signature the EPF member needs to fill EPF composite claim form Aadhar. This form doesn’t require employer signature, only employer signature will be enough for this form. But remember your EPF regional office accepts this form only when your Aadhar number and bank account number are linked with your UAN, otherwise your claim will get rejected.
