FAQs
If you take leaves all the time without informing your boss, then it makes your boss lose trust in you. But if you take leave with a valid reason in extremely rare conditions then it may not cause any problem.
It depends on your company’s leave policies. Some employers will mark the absence as LOP (Loss of Pay) even though you have a leave balance. If your reason is genuine, you need to justify it to the employer.
If your reason is genuine it will be approved as leave.
