No, your new employer cannot check your previous EPF deductions by using your UAN number. But they can find your service history by using your UAN number in their employer PF portal.

Why Hiding Your Previous PF Details is Not a Good Idea
At present Aadhar number of the employee is mandatory to generate a UAN number. So if you already had a UAN which was linked to your Aadhar number, then it is not possible to generate a new UAN.
And the second reason is if you keep on changing UAN numbers (not possible nowadays)Â then your EPF service period will break, which will hurt your monthly EPF pension amount after 58 years of your age.
Finally, any misrepresentation of previous job details will take away your peace of mind and they may hurt at any time. Now most companies made background verification very strict. So hiding your previous job details is not a good idea.
Can We Open a New PF Account When We are Absconding from Previous Company
Once your UAN is linked with your Aadhar number then it not possible to create a new UAN with the same Aadhar number. Because at present EPFO made it mandatory to submit the Aadhar number of the employee to generate a new PF account.
So you have to continue with the same UAN whenever you join in the new job.

I have worked in organization A from March 2013 to September-2014(1.5 years) and in organization B from Sept/Oct-2014 to May 2019(4.6 years) with continuous EPF contribution during all the months. Both the PF accounts were under same UAN and my service history in EPFO portal clearly shows this.
However, my EPF balance from organization A account was transfered to organization B account only during June-2019.
My question is if I were to withdraw my EPF amount from organization B, am I elgible for 5 years of continuous service going by service history or does a delay in transfering my earlier EPF balance come in the way?

Yes, you are eligible for 5 yrs of continuous service.
You can transfer your PF whenever you want it, the delays are not considered while calculating your service history.

You can update your previous company PF date of exit whenever you want it, but running Two PF accounts simultaneously creates PF withdrawal and transfer problems.

They can see your previous company PF details only after creating a new PF account number for you, until then they can’t see your previous PF details.
It is not possible to hide your previous companies service details once you give your UAN number. The only thing they can’t see is your previous salary details by using your UAN.

Your new employer take will not take the PF number, they will ask for UAN. By using that they can see your previous company name and your date of joining that company, other than that they can’t see any other details.

You can give your old UAN to your new emmployer, it is not a problem, they will not find any of your previous salary details.

You can apply for PF transfer online at the UAN portal, while applying for PF transfer choose attestation through the current employer. So that you can track your claim status.
It is not mandatory to transfer your PF, if you are using the same UAN, you can do it whenever you want.

Even though you give PF number also it is not a problem, but don’t apply for pF transfer immediately.

Some companies ask you to fill UAN declaration form 11, on that form you need to mention your date of exit in your previous job.
If they don’t ask. you to fill that form then they can’t find it online.

Have joined new organization three months ago and still I am receiving contribution towards my pf account from old employer which I left /abscond 3 months before ..They have not marked date of exit to my account so when I checked my pf account passbook I see both organization contribution to my account .

May be your previous employer is paying PF by mistake, so better intimate them about this issue.
And secondly, if your PF account is getting Two PF contributions simultaneously then it will become a problem while transferring PF from your previous company to the present company, in that case, you can proceed with offline PF transfer by using PF transfer form 13.
Finally better intimate your previous employer about this issue.

1. Now there is no need to depend on your old employer for date of exit, you can update your date of exit yourself in the UAN portal, after Two months of leaving the job. So it is not a problem even if you join a new job also.
2. No, your previous employer cannot see those details, until you give your UAN portal password. if you want to transfer your PF then do it through your present employer. The option will be available while PF transfers in the UAN portal.
3. Only your name, and personal details like your dob, gender, father name.

It is better to wait until they pay all your PF contributions, you can check it in the PF passbook.
Once you notice they pay everything then you can update your date of exit yourself in the UAN member portal. In the meantime, you can join in a new job and continue the same UAN without any problem.
