  1. Hai I have applied for pf claim and current status is claim settled but now when I check my bank account number starting a 0 is missing will money get credited to my acct or will it not?

    • If your uploaded cheque or bank passbook consists correct a/c number then your will receive your PF amount, otherwise it will be returned to your PF account.

      • Yes the bank passbook which I uploaded has correct account number but in kyc the starting 0 is missing in acct Number will that not be a problem? And also how many days it takes if money returns to pf acct and when can we re apply for claim?

          • Thanks for ur reply sir but my claim got settled a week ago but still it is not credited to my acct nor it is returned back to pf acct..pls guide me how should I proceed further to get back my money

          • Sir I applied for pf claim and my claim got settled and sent via NEFT but when I check my kyc starting digit 0 is missing in prefix of acct Number and it’s been a week still amount is not credited to my bank nor it is not returned back to pf acct when I check the UAN passbook it shows 0 balance and I’m worried..how should I proceed further? It will be very helpful if u could suggest me abt further process

  2. Hello Sir,
    I appplied for PF full settlement – My Total amount does not exceed 50000 and my service is less than 5 years. My aadhar is approved by my employer and verified by UIDAI, however though my PAN is only approved by my employer(not digitally verified by IDT). My bank account and IFSC are all correct but still EPFO rejected my claim. Do you think my PAN needs to be verified by IDT since my employment service is less than 5 years? If yes is there a way I can verify the PAN, currently in the EPFO portal there is no way I can verify my PAN since the verify button is not visible for me.

    PF Amount claimed through online and claim also settled but amount was not received to my account due to “0” missing in the prefix of account no.

    What is the procedure for applying Re authorization letter through online.

    Please any one suggest me for reclaim the PF Amount.

  4. I applied for pf advance on 11/2/2020. My claim status is showing claim settled but my bank account is not credited.
    As i know my bank details are wrong so my claim get rejected. This i know through my status of complaint which i registered in EPFO grievance portal. So in this case how can i get my money back. What is the solution in this situation.
    Please provide me the solution as soon as possible.

    • Your uncredited PF amount will again credit back into your PF account, after correcting and approval of your bank account details by your employer you can reclaim your PF. (You can check recredited PF amount in your PF passbook within 10-15 days)

        I had applied for PF ad advance on 5th April, 2020 and the claim was settled on 14th April, 2020. I haven’t received the amount yet to my account. I checked my bank details and found that a 0 was missing at the start of my account number but during filing my claim I have attached the scan copy of my Bank cheque. will the amount be credited based on the cheque details or should I correct the bank details in the UAN portal

    I changed the IFSC code to reflect the correct one in the online portal as suggested above. My employer claims he has approved the request and that only the pf office has to do their work in approving it also. Is this the case in bank account details approval? Because according to you and the above procedure, once the employer approves, then the claim form should be open for further process. But it still says that the approval from the employer is pending. kindly advice. Thanks.

    • Hi Sam,
      There is no need for PF office approval for bank account details, I don’t know whey your employer is saying like that. Do one thing, give your new bank account details to your employer and ask them to update in their employer PF portal. It is simple process, can be completed in less than 2 minutes.

    i claimed advance money from pf .its showing settle ,money sent through NEFT and i also recived message that money will credit within 3 working days on your bank account number ending with **** but its more than 10 days money is not recived yet. there is no mistake in KYC.

    • Hi Anees Ahmad,
      If your bank account details are correct then sure you have to get it within 3 days, so better again check your bank a/c number and IFSC code in UAN portal. If they are correct then raise a grievance at PF portal.

Hi , on the first time I had applied on UAN online portal with incorrect bank details, claim status shows settled but returned (when i check my status ) , after that i had applied with my correct bank details by ASR form with branch manager attestation, passbook copy ,adhar copy, pan card copy ,by offline to the regional office KR puram banglore directly , after 20 days it shows again rejected , reject reason is
    REMARKS-Your Claim [ Claim Id – xxxxxxxxxx ] has been rejected due to : 1) 1) POST UAN TO BE APPLIED ONLINE ONLY 2) BANK MANAGER CANNOT ATTEST CLAIM…PLZ APPLY ONLINE 2) CERTIFICATE ENCLOSED IS IMPROPER
    iam totally fed up , please give a good suggestion to get my pf amount ? please ? do i need to apply online again with correct bank details??

    • Hi Swathik Ali,
      If your employer is running their business then you have to take their signature only for offline claims or if your UAN is linked with KYC like Aadhar, PAN and bank account details then you can withdraw your claim online. For that, your employer needs to update your date of exit in their PF portal.

  8. My employer is approved my bank details and bank no is also updated. Now how to claim it again in pf site? My passbook shows that it’s already claimed. The amount has been deducted. Could you pls help??

    • Hi Philip,
      The uncredited PF claim amount will again send back to your PF account within 15 days. Even after 15 days also if your PF amount not recredited in your PF account then raise a grievance at PF portal.

      If your employer approved your bank account details then again claim your PF amount after getting the claim status as claim settled.

I applied pf withdrawal online and it was stating that claim setteld but amount not recived due to wrong bank account detail then i upadted new account detail and KYC also got approved by employer and claimed again but claim rejected showing that claim already setteled . but amount not recived please help me what to do now

  16. I have already exited from the Organization and my bank account number and ifsc code was incorrect because the Bank was merged with another bank and their IFSC code is new.

    How can I change the new account number and IFSC code in UAN Portal. My claim was rejected due to incorrect IFSC Code

    • Hi Salish Louis,
      Again add your new bank account details at UAN member portal and ask your employer to approve them, after approval your old incorrect bank a/c details become inactive, and new a/c details will become active, then you can again claim your PF amount.
