  3. the Bank account linked with the account also linked with the following UANs: 10077551XXXX (with different demographic details).if these UANs are yours. then please get the basic details corrected in your other UANs and link them with your aadhar for transfer of your accounts to the present one. if the bank account is not yours then please add your correct bank account and get it approved by the employer to avail online claim facility.
    Please help with this error what is next to claim my PF , I don’t have different UAN only one I have.

    • Your bank account is linked with two UANs of yours, you have to change the bank account of any one of the UAN, if you have another bank account.

  4. hi i am getting “Unable to submit claim data due to some technical error. Please try again later!” error since two days, unable to claim covid withdraw amount. is any one getting same error? any one have solution for this? i have uploaded cheque of 360kb. so no issue in uploading size also….still same error getting

  5. All those who are unable to submit due to the following error, E01: Failed to save claim data on portal. Please try again later!

    try submitting on a weekend. After trying at various hours during the week, I was able to submit it with the very first try on a Sunday. Looks like the issue is realted to many users trying to access the site at the the same time. Hope this resolves the issue.

      I was also facing the same problem since a week.
      Today I tried again and it was successful..
      Please try now.
      The software glitch got resolved now… (No idea what was the glitch).

  7. trying for past 3 days there are 2 errors coming and one is “Log failed. Please retry with valid request. And claim not submitted on portal, Please try again later”.
    I have uploaded 15G in pdf (less than 1mb) and cancelled cheque 197kb in jepg. which are well within given limits and formats.
    my Aadhar card is linked with PF and getting OTP and also mail confirmation for Aadhar that the authentication is sucessfult but still the claim is not filed, tried UMANG once but same error.
    Any alternate solutions anyone?

    I have been trying this for an entire month, same error… i have tried different browsers & machine! Still the same error… Umang also throws the same error…. Any help would be appreciated.!!

    • First apply for FORM 10 C and then apply for FORM 19.

      Select in the dropdown.

      It worked for me after getting this error.

  11. The validate otp and submit claim form button was not working for me I tried at midnight around 12 o clock and it worked for me.
