As per this scheme every employee in ESIC scheme will be eligible to have two ESI dispensaries, so even insured person works in different place both he and his family members can avail ESIC benefits.

Only employer can able to change ESIC dispensary address in employer portal. Employees can’t able to change their ESIC dispensary, whenever they want to change their ESIC dispensary then they have to contact their employer to change ESIC dispensary in employer portal.

In order to change ESIC dispensary of an insured person first login to ESIC employer portal esic.in with employer user id and password. Now click on update IP details under employee.
Now enter IP number of insured person,name of insured person and click on search. Now we will get employee details on the screen, now we have to click on edit option.
Now click on name / dipensary details which appears on top right side of the page. After clicking on this we will get new page asking for dispensary for insured person and dispensary for family members. Here select two dispensaries and click on update.
If you can’t able to find your ESIC dispensary in your desired location then select IMP ( Insurance Medical Practitioner) option and choose your nearest ESIC doctor in your desired location.

I’ve a problem in IP dispensary ,while updating the desired dispensary of IP it shows that “the change of dispensary of IP/ Family is already submitted and pending foe approval”.
So how to approve and update that.
I am also having the same problem “your request for change in dispensary is pending for approval”. i tried to open the same page in internet but the same message is flashing there leaving no room to edit the name of dispensary. so please suggest me in the right way.

Now i am trying the restore the previous dispensary but the massage (”Request for Change of Dispensary/IMP has been already submitted and Pending for Approval”) is showing. Please help me I used internet explorer still I m facing this issue

My dispensary is 5 No. in Bapu Nagar, Jaipur and my family is 8 No. in Laxmi Nagar, Sodala, Jaipur.
I have already contacted my employer to change my dispensary as same as my family is but they are not able to change and they said to contact to the ESIC Branch in Jaipur.
Can you please look into the and do the needful at your earliest.

There is no need to contact ESIC office to change your dispensary, only your employer can change your dispensary. Nowadays every employee can have Two ESIC dispensaries so ask them to add your nearest ESI dispensary.

Only your employer can able to change your dispensary in their employer ESIC portal. So please ask your employer to change your ESIC dispensary, which was located in your area. The process will take less than 2 minutes.

There is no relation with residence and ESI dispensary. If your employer has mentioned your ESIC dispensary as Najafgarh then you can get medicines from them. Take this issue to your employer.
