If you have tested Covid 19 positive or if you have symptoms related to COVID 19 then it is better to stay isolated either in your home or in any hospital depending on the severity of the situation. Staying isolated will help in not spreading COVID to others in your office.

How to Write Leave Application for COVID 19

  1. Mention the subject line as “ Leave Request due to COVID Positive”
  2. Address the right person such as your manager, boss, or HR who has authority to sanction the leave.
  3. Tell your boss that you can immediately join in the work once you test COVID negative.
  4. Keep the leave request letter or email short and simple.
  5. Attach a copy of the COVID positive test report.
  6. End the letter respectfully.
