Employee Provident Fund Organization has different PF forms which will be used for different purposes. Here is a list of all PF withdrawal forms related to Employee Provident Fund with download links and also with the purpose. You can use them for your EPF withdrawal and for other EPF services. The below listed PF withdrawal forms are updated and you can use them in 2018-19 financial year without any problem.

About PF Form 19
PF form 19 is used to withdraw PF contributions of employee and employer(12% of employee & 3.67% of the employer). Generally after Two months from the last date of working employees can able to withdraw their PF amount.
PF form 19 is used for both offline PF withdrawal and online PF withdrawal. For online claims, EPF members need to claim for form 19 in UAN member portal.

About PF Form 10C
PF form 10C is used to claim pension amount of employee i.e 8.33% contribution of the employer. EPF members are eligible to claim their pension amount before 10 yrs of contribution.
After 10 years they can’t able to withdraw their pension amount by submitting PF form 10C, they will get this amount after retirement (after 58 years) as a monthly pension.
If EPF members don’t continue employment after 10 years of service then they can take a pension scheme certificate, and by using that scheme certificate they can get the monthly pension after 58 years of age.

EPF Composite Claim Form Aadhar
EPF composite claim form Aadhar is a new PF withdrawal form and it is a replacement of old PF forms like PF form 19, PF form 10C and PF form 31. (But still, you can use old PF forms to withdraw your PF amount)
EPF composite claim form Aadhar is used to withdraw PF, pension and advance amounts of PF when KYC details of the employee are linked with UAN number.

EPF Composite Claim Form Non-Aadhar
EPF composite claim form non aadhar is used to withdraw PF, pension and advance amounts from EPF when the KYC details of the EPF member are not linked with UAN number.

PF Transfer Form 13
PF form 13 is used to transfer PF amount from one PF account of the EPF member to another PF account of the EPF member.
Nowadays due to the initiations from the Employee Provident Fund Organization PF transfers are happening automatically but for that Aadhar number of the EPF member should be linked with UAN of the EPF member.
If Aadhar number is not linked with all EPF member Ids of an EPF member then still they need to submit form 13 to transfer their PF amount to the new EPF account.

PF Form 10D
PF form 10 D is used to claim the monthly pension by nominees when the EPF member dies. The nominees such as wife or children or other family members who are mentioned as nominees of EPF members need to submit PF form 10D to claim the monthly pension.
PF Form 10D Aadhar
PF form 10D is used to claim monthly pension after superannuation i.e 58 years of age. EPF members who complete retirement age need to submit PF form 10D to get the monthly pension.
Life Certificate Or Non Remarriage Certificate
All the PF members who are getting monthly pension need to submit this form every year to their respective EPFO office in the month of November.
PF Form 14
PF form 14 is used to pay LIC premium amounts from EPF balance, in order to pay LIC premium from PF corpus EPF members need to have minimum Two years of contribution.
PF Form 31
Recently EPF form 31 is replaced by EPF composite claim forms but still, you can use this form to claim for PF advance amount.
EPF members can claim PF loan amount for various purposes like repayment of home loan, construction of the home, education and marriage expenses, medical treatment.
Annexure Para 68BD
This form is used to obtain a certificate of your EPF deposits to get benefits of EPFO housing scheme. Recently employee provident fund organization has started EPF housing scheme and to avail this facility a group of EPF members need to forms society. All those members need to obtain EPF deposits certificate to avail EPF housing loans.
PF Advanced Stamp Receipt
This form is used when your PF claims get rejected by EPFO in that you need to submit PF advanced stamp receipt to reauthorize the claim settlement. EPF Joint Declaration Form
EPF joint declaration form is used to correct employee details like name, relationship details, PF number, date of birth, date of joining and date of leaving etc.
Once you submit this form to your regional EPF office with all supporting documents then within 30 days your details will be corrected. You can also correct your details online at UAN member portal. For more details read EPF joint declaration form
EPF Composite Declaration Form 11
Every employer needs to give this form during joining time of the employee, based on the details provided in EPF composite declaration form 11 employer will generate UAN number to the employee. This form is a replacement of previous UAN declaration form 11.
Form 15G & Form 15 H
When an employee is going to withdraw 50000 Rs or more than 50000 Rs in less than 5 years of service then he needs to submit Two copies of Form 15G to along with along with PAN card copy to avoid 34.608% of the tax deduction. In case of senior citizens who are above 60 years of age need to submit form 15H in place of form 15G.
For online PF withdrawal, there is no need to submit form 15G, but your PAN must be linked with your UAN number.
